I have been using Tervis tumblers for over 35 years. Recently however we purchased a new mug from them. I brought it home, washed it and put 4 ice cubes in it with water and immediately there was condensation on the mug. We brought it back after the holiday and they refused to take it back saying condensation was normal with ice cubes and I probably put too many ice cubes in the cup. After 10 minutes of quarreling they finally exchanged the mug but I’m not sure I will be going back. There are other companies that will honor their warranties.

Very neat store, sells drink glasses and other neat items. Glasses don't sweat as they are insulated. A little pricey, but worth it.

Sarasota Village Plaza Condominium Association Veteran's want to extend a thank you to the Donnelly Family for their donation of a military 24 oz. tumbler to each of them in honor of their service to our country. These were presented at a breakfast honoring them November 11, 2023 at Village Plaza. What a wonderful family owned business that gives back to their community and honors all Veterans! The staff here are very friendly, professional, and patient. They helped me in-store, and took my order over the phone for mailing products. I even called looking for a specific cup and the nice lady took the time to try to find it. They work hard. The store has a large selection, some you won't find online at the website. I love my Tervis thermos. They are great for work, sports, boating, car rides, etc. The thermos are durable, and don't leak. Add a karabeaner hook for easy carrying. Always fun designs, prints, colors, and themes to fit any personality, interests, and taste. They make great gifts and souvenirs too. Happy shopping!

Service was immediate, prompt, polite, and friendly. The selection was plentiful, but the prices are a bit extreme, particularly for items that cannot survive even the top rack of a dishwasher. Some franchises are well represented, like Star Wars, DC Comics, Marvel, Disney, Harry Potter, and major sports leagues. Check out the room off to the right when you first come in. Everything in there is discounted and while quantities are limited, you might get a better bargain.

Very disappointed. I went into the store to exchange my coffee cups. I was told they no longer, as of the day before exchange cups that are stained on the inside. I've tried all the suggestions to remove the inner stains and nothing works. I will NOT be buying anything from Tervis again. Not even any compensation or anything. Just, no we no longer cover the inside of your cups. Beware before you make a purchase

I love this business. With lifetime warranty on their products. I returned 5 distressed cups and it will take 3-4 weeks to fix them Free of Charge. I also shopped and picked up two fantastic looking stainless steel cups. 3-30-23 I went to their 50% off sale. OMG they had thousands off tervis tumblers for sale at huge discounts. Various styles and logos. I came away with products from two of my favorite teams. I love Tervis
